So I finally made it big enough to hire an assistant…well…not really… but this little guy was more than ready to take on the job! He was so much fun!
As you can see, he was more than ready to do his own session.

A couple of months ago, I had the privilege of shooting family pics for one of my favorite clients and good friends. It just so happens that this same couple chose me to shoot first their engagement pics and then their beautiful wedding. It was my very first wedding to capture and I am forever thankful to them for giving me the opportunity to share in one of the most important days of their lives! For me, this is one of the greatest compliments as a photographer! And to make it even better, they have allowed me to capture yet another very important part of their life– their ever so adorable son! This little guy just LOVED the camera. And, boy, did the camera love him back :)

Last Saturday morning we decided to get up and drive downtown to the local Farmer’s Market. It’s a great way to start your weekend. Beautiful flowers, fresh produce, and home roasted coffee are just a few of the things on display there. I, of course, have decided to make a better effort at taking my camera EVERYWHERE. yep! no more “if only I had thought to bring my camera…” I mean come on! I am a photographer! I am SUPPOSED to be hiding behind the lens at every chance! So that said… here’s a few pics from our laid back morning at the farmer’s market…and Beale St…. and lunch at the Arcade restaurant.
