I’m currently working on a couple of projects that involve me creating some images of different areas around the city. (More on those to come later!) So the other day I headed over to the Arlington town square with camera in tow.
Not many people know this about me, but I love old buildings! I’m not sure why that is, but I am drawn to old, run down, abandoned buildings. In our town square, there is an old gin that I have loved photographing. It has some great textures to it that have made for unique backgrounds for both family and Trash the Dress sessions. But while I was there, it appeared they were starting to tear some of it down so I’m not sure how much longer it will be there. As a photographer, I really hate to see it go!
Below are just a few images from that day.

Courtney,
I always love clicking on your new posts. Such beautiful pictures and always so crisp and clear. I can say I knew you back when. We miss ya’ll but hear wonderful things about the work God is doing at Arlington.
Love ya.
